1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ebonylance GentleRide website at ebonylance.bond or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You may create an account to manage enrollments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to participate in riding activities; local age regulations may require a higher minimum age.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Course fees are displayed prior to purchase. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by third‑party providers under their terms. Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
4. Safety Requirements
Riding involves risk. You agree to wear mandatory protective gear and follow instructor directions at all times. We may refuse participation if safety standards are not met or if a student’s condition may impair safe riding.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, we offer one free reschedule subject to availability. Weather-related changes may result in alternative dates at no additional cost.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebonylance GentleRide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. You acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycle riding and accept personal responsibility for participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curricula, and site content are owned by Ebonylance GentleRide or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
